Riverpoint Kindergarten and Nursery School has been in operation for 52 years. It is our intent to provide a quality education for all those who attend.

Our school is licensed by the State Of Rhode Island Department Of Education and therefore must meet all applicable fire - safety , health and personal standards. The school's Board of Directors has set high standards in an effort to provide a quality environment.

We strive to provide both parent and child with a positive school experience. We want to help each child learn to get along with others, follow simple directions, develop independence and become eager to learn.

Our daily schedule gives your child the opportunity to learn thorough play, observation and exploration and provides interaction with adults and peers. Each month our lessons are taught around themes that encompass a variety of subjects and skills.

Riverpoint Kindergarten and Nursery School offers programs for children 3-5 years of age. We offer a pre-kindergarten program for children 4 years of age. They may attend 3 days per week (Mon., Wed,. & Fri.) or 5 days per week (Mon.-Fri.). We also offer a preschool program for children 3 years of age. They may attend 3 days per week ( Mon., Wed,. & Fri.) or 2 days a week (Tues. & Thurs.) Our hours are 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
